Standard Terms & Conditions for #FeedMe  Promotion

Eligibility:

• This contest (“Contest”) is open to members of the public who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Employees of Tom Phat and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to enter.

Entry:

• The Contest begins at 12am on the 1st of every month and ends at 11.59pm on the last day of the month (AEST / AEDST).
• To enter the Contest, participants must:
  
  
  • Follow @tom_phat on Instagram.
  • Tag a friend in the comments section of the Contest post, indicating who they would bring to the dinner if they win.
• Bonus entry: Participants can share the Contest post to their Instagram story and tag @tom_phat for an additional entry.
• Multiple entries per person are allowed, but each entry must comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Selection of Winner:

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest period.
• The winner will be announced on the 1st of the following month via a separate Instagram post and a direct message (DM) to the winner.

Prize:

• The prize consists of a complimentary “Feed Me” dinner experience for two (2) at Tom Phat, valued at $98.
• The prize includes a 6-course tasting menu curated by the chef, considering any dietary restrictions communicated by the winner in advance.
• Beverages, gratuities, and additional menu items are not included in the prize.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

General Conditions:

• By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• Tom Phat reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or that is suspected of being fraudulent.
• Tom Phat reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
• Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Tom Phat and not to Instagram.
• Instagram is completely released of all liability related to the Contest.
• Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.

Dispute Resolution:

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
